I can't believe it's ALREADY almost Christmas. And what comes after Christmas? New Years! Doesn't it feel like this time of year just rushes upon us?

'Tis the season to set new goals and get ready to kick some serious 2017 ass!

But if you're like me, you may still have some 2016 goals kicking around that haven't been crossed off your list yet. And you're thinking "Wtf? How am I supposed to set new goals if I can't even accomplish the ones I have now?"

Luckily, I discovered how goals are actually accomplished and I'm using this to finish off 2016 with a BANG! and step into the New Year confidently.

Most of us are making goal-setting harder on ourselves and in turn, it's causing us to get stressed AF thinking about achieving them!

We're either not setting goals at all to "avoid failure" or we're setting them TOO big that they seem impossible to reach.

And if you're like me, you're a "THINK BIG" kind of girl. So you're always feeling like your goals are so far away. But you refuse to settle for less. And none of this is doing you any good.

By thinking big AND thinking small, we're able to make the incremental achievements that make us feel good about goals.

You can only make goals happen when you take action. Oui? And what pushes us to take action? Our beliefs.

The more you FEEL GOOD about accomplishing goals, the more you BELIEVE it's possible to achieve them. And that's what drives you to take the appropriate actions to make them happen.

It's a beautiful dominoes effect that doesn't require any force and will just come naturally. The power of belief!

What BIG goal have you made that you feel hasn't been possible for you in the past?

Mine is to be on a stage in front of thousands of people! It's a scary ass thought to even think of but it always pops up in my head when I think BIG so it must be a sign.

(What I'm exactly doing on that stage? I'm not sure... Could be America's Got Talent, Dancing With the Stars or Ellen? For the sake of dreaming, I'll go with Dancing With the Stars.)

Let's think BIG together! Leave your answer in the comments below. I've love to hear it and how you're going to think small to make it happen.
